It'd be great if it can match most of the following criteria: - Remote (not a hard constraint, flexible hybrid works) - Profitable (good 4%+ QoQ growth in last 2+ years) - Revenue = 50 million USD+ - Revenue/employee = 250k+ USD - Employees = 200+ - 0/1 silent/public/PIP induced layoffs conducted in last 2+ years) - Good Work life balance - Less politics

Revenue/Employee is a pretty skewed metric though. Not sure how many large companies in India has that.
But yeah, you can consider 6sense, it matches most of the criteria.

Yes, it makes sense in analysing metrics like these in a macro like we are in right now. There'd be a higher upside for the equity compensation you'll get in companies that meet this criteria and these companies will have a significantly less organic and forced attrition as well.
