Best free resources for Data Engineering

Hi guys, hope you are all doing well. Do you guys have a list of resources for end to end projects on Data engineering. I want to learn the end to.end processes for AWS and Azure. Though I have the knowledge and experience of Azure Cloud along with databricks, Pyspark and Azure data factory but want to explore more DE side of things like Airflow, DBT, Data modelling, Web scraping etc. Also, want to learn the AWS side of things. Any curated list to follow for resources as well as for end to end projects. That would be really really helpful.
