Best way to keep information secured yet shareable.

With the recent strides towards digitisation, things like insurance, funds and banking are all handled online on the phone. I am worried that in my absence my family might not be able to access all the different accounts that I use and can be helpful for them. Is there any way I can go about keeping such information secure and safe with me yet easy to access by my trusted people in an emergency/my absence? Looking for more non-subscription/online based solutions.

Do you have a dead man's switch or fail safe and how does it work?

In case of untimely death do you have some kind of fail safe or dead man's switch setup? If still unclear imagine recordings left by Tony stark for his wife & child in case he died. A switch triggers after sometime you die and maybe shares saved recordings/passwords/bank details/insurance policy with loved ones, deletes your browsing history & bricks your hard drive, sends some fuck you mails to some cunts you have known in life etc etc.
