I am a bit hesitant when it comes to communicating with people informally. I have good communication skills though. Guess my inferiority complex kicks in when I see a group of people standing and I want to join them.
Any tips and tricks on what should an introvert do to break out of this complex?

Just use this line or a variation and start following the group's conversation (as long as they're not discussing anything private).
