Yes the platform could definitely have handled the traffic better, but not only the blackmarket is the issue, there are some oversmart techies who stole the tickets even before the sale was live. They should use their tech skills for their work and not destroy other people's lives. Not everyone understands tech, so there can never be a fair share. People are themselves not sorted, how can we expect other things to be sorted.
