Lead engineer

Recently received an offer for NIC Firmware from Broadcom DCSG.
Wanted to know about the work, culture, teammates etc.
Any clue, folks??

Anybody has clue about work and culture at DCSG(Data Centre Solutions Group) Broadcom for NIC Firmware role?

I am working as IC in vmware in good profitable product. But after the recent townhall everyone is scared of getting slashed by broadcom next month. I am also stressed due to this, Perpared little bit, not getting enough calls and also feeling very underconfident

Any strategy to land a good job in next 30 days
Exp - 6 years
TC - 50 LPA

Is there any good Company which provides good WLB and standard salary with WFH options?

I am currently working as SDE 1 in Amazon from 2 years. I have around 3 YOE. I do not see my manager vouching for my promotion. I am trying to switch companies. 
I cannot apply to Google for 1 year as I wasn’t selected even though my interviews went well. 
What other companies can I apply that pay equally well ?

Heyy All, I have been applying to Jobs, and I want to prefer those organisations, which offer RSUs in addition to the Fixed Pay and good enough work culture. Obviously I know a few top ones, but I was looking forward to know some lesser known ones too.
Basic requirement- it must be a MNC organisation, considerably big in size and old in existence (for ex, not any startups or small organisation, which came into prominence in just last 4-5 yrs).

They just started sending emails today morning for US/Canada. 

India/EU would be sent next week so we dont know the exact numbers yet.

Same information going on Blind, hundreds of Amazon employees laid off in the morning.
