The role and responsibilities you mentioned are more like Scrum Master. But for BA it is. From data analytics, data visualisation, business intelligence etc will be required if you are targeting high pay product based companies.

Traditionally, this is called Business Analyst who is like a bridge between tech and business teams.... MNCs who have the tech teams in India have this to help in the delivery. Business Analyst who work on analytics has started in last 10 years.
