Here is a simple rule don’t expect anything from hr which is not straightforward.

I am working as an ASE at Accenture, I have a better offer from a startup and I want to switch. But the startup is asking me to join within a month. The problem is that Accenture 's notice period is 3 months. Has anyone dealt with any similar situations ? Need some help navigating.

Why Accenture is hiring in bulk? I have been observing from last 2-3months.


Is Accenture's  existing employees have resigned in bulk? Or Accenture's more than 50% employees resigned?

Recently I had an interview with Accenture last week. I got shortlisted by the same day at night and got an email for completing a task in Workday which is submitting PAN And last 3 months pay slips. The next day received a call from HR, He discussed the compensation and DOJ and said you will get confirmation by the same day only. But it's been more than 4-5 working days, I haven't received my Offer Letter yet. 

Also got a BGV mail for complete but it requires Resignation detail too with LOA.

But how can I submit resignation without any offer Letter. 

Or usually ACCENTURE taking that much time only in releasing offer letter.

Can anyone help with this.

I got offer with 50% hike from accenture and accepted but I did not resigned from tcs yet. Its been a month now
Got mail from accenture HR on confirmation on joining date and asking to confirm on the LWD so they shall update DOJ accordingly
I have YoE 3 and Ctc 8

Hi everyone,

I need advice on the next steps. I submitted my resignation 20 days ago, but my manager hasn't approved it yet. She insists that I serve the full 60 day notice period, of which 20 days are already completed. I've requested to shorten it to a 40 day notice period, but she hasn't accepted my request. I'm also willing to buy out the remaining notice period. 

If I proceed with the buyout, will it affect my relieving and experience letters or cause any issues during the background verification process.
Should I talk  to her manager regarding this , as now she's on sick leave for entire 1 week.

Please advise on what to do.

Hello Folks ,
I need some advice making a critical decision,I recently received an offer from PWC and after my negotiation HR told me that 35 percentage of hike on my base pay is the best she can do and this take it leave offer .I took it but now my current company Accenture is ready to match this offer few people at top level are willing to offer me same as part of promotion what I will be getting in PwC will it be wise to switch to PWC even if they are able to match my offer with PWC?

Story here:
I left earlier previous company due to I want to gain more experience in new technology and get some hands in development. During that period also they tried to retain but more than package I concentrated to gain more hands in Development. Now once again I'm not happy with my current company which is accenture, as so much politics, upon being so much dedication didn't receive any hike or promotion since 2.5 years , so I'm getting again opportunity to work in my previous company. So need your valuable suggestions on how to proceed?? Is it good to join previous company??
