Byjus townhall meet

What’s expected to happen in the townhall tomorrow? Any guesses employees?

Byju in his townhall yesterday oversold future and more people will be laid off today. It is funny because so many business folks who are adding zero value and doing nothing for years are still there Senior engineering leaders who are earning salaries of 2 Cr+ are also still there . Poor low level minions are facing all the brunt

So confusing ?? Govt seems after promoter

Earlier used to see a lot of stuff Byju's on GV. Seems like either everyone has left, or they've asked employees to not say anything

I hear tales about how at their peak, BYJU's used to deal with investors. They would not share financials. If you wanted to invest, they'd ask you to come down to office, and only for that time, see whatever you want to see. Investors obliged. It was the shining star of Edtech India, nobody wanted to miss out. Now those same investors are ousting the founder, fair enough. But I hope enough people look back and realize they created the problem. They allowed it to exist.

Apparently byjus had offerred free subscriptions to 10lakh + AP government schools students. Opposition party breaks into office. Although, its bad but i feel Byjus Deserved this. Thanks to Mr Anil Goel and his leadership.
