CSR in Tech n StartUps
Hows the CSR scene in the tech companies n Startups? Do they have a seperate internal CSR team or they identity NGOs and work with them? Do they also make community work mandatory for employees?
Not only in tech start-ups, in most of the companies CSR is just a scam, people who work within the company start something and all the CSR funds get diverted there.... at the end these activities would be directly or indirectly used as a marketing tool for further expansion or for getting positive image among the stakeholders 🚶.
