Current CTC is 25lpa. 6yrs of experience started as data analyst then as business Analyst. Have been working as machine learning engg for past 2 years in series c funded product based company. My work is mostly related to model scaling, maintainability and reproducibility. Do you think, is lower, on par or more than market rate. (Also if anyone is hiring, I can share more details)

Mostly classical ml (and sometimes dl) but that's too not very often. Its mostly software engineering. Data scientists build models and i build the infrastructure around it to reduce development and deployment time. If a model is very heavy, i get to play around it to reduce its complexity.

I have been working as an APM at a series C startup for the last 1 year. I did my MBA from a tier 1 college. Worked as a full stack developer for 2 years before that. Am I underpaid? I am currently employed as a Lead Business Analyst(Total Exp:6 Years) at a US-based edtech company with a fixed CTC of 25 LPA. My skill set includes Tableau, SQL, Python, Automations, Statistical Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. I have seen so much ads on fb and insta about powerbi course ads should i learn powerbi tool what ctc can i expect currently in t*s having 6yoe.i don't know coding, not s developer ,Powerbi will be new for me what kind of work will be there, anyone working on this tool currently kindly tell how much you are earning My ctc 6.5 very low, need to increase, till 60lpa by switching.
