Cam PM roles directly get hired to abroad from india?

Hi all , I have recently transitioned into a PM role after having worked in Strategy role for 4 years. I am planning to move to Australia / Europe due to personal reasons. Any advice on how can we scout and get jobs outside India for a PM role ? Thanks

Can a fresher with overall 2years of experience (1year in tech and 1year in product) find APM jobs abroad? I have learned many big companies such as Google, Uber, Spotify, Walmart, etc have their own APM programs but do they really hire Indian students or hire only from USA? If yes, how tough is the interview process?

Folks who are giving interviews these days, which companies are you interviewing for ? Also what is the method of getting the interview ? Did recruiter reach out to you on LinkedIn, or you applied on a company portal and got the call or did you ask for a referral ?

I have seen a lot of companies hire developers and tech professionals for remote roles outside India. Does anyone have any idea about companies hiring non tech roles in the same way? e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, etc Would love to hear your thoughts.

So I've met many PMs in my career. Most have been sub par, poor performers, can't even do IC work. The ones who can do IC work, can't think. The IC work is generally project management not product. They need someone to tell them directions So here's a few things. The best PMs I've met, are good engineers. Yes. These are the same folks who come for product management conferences and are respected. Of course not all engineers are good at product. The role of product came up with manufacturing first when you had product designers who worked with engineers and had a good understanding of both engineering limitations and user understanding. Some of the PMs I have met don't even talk to users. The reason i am seeing an issue in PMs in India is the increase in demand in the role, and a lack of supply. There is a product engineer role, I met a few folks who are doing that, they were amazing. Knew technology, users, product and super passionate. I'm not saying this is a hard and fast rule, I'm sure there are folks who have a natural inclination, so if you're an exception, understand that. Don't get offended by the statement

I'm currently working as an Associate Product Marketing Manager and looking to transition into Product Management. Looking for hybrid APM or PM roles in Delhi NCR or remote roles. Please reply if you know of any such roles or can refer me.

Does abroad company hire candidate who is remote in india and company is somewhere abroad ? If yes is there a chance to get job in OTC, PTP(Finance expert but not CA) I have 7 yoe in the above expertise & worked in renowned companies in india I am aware it will be difficult but i am open to apply to get job like that what are the probabilities? P.s i am not looking to shift any country but want remote work. I did applied in remote non remote jobs in india but no luck so far.

Any opening/opportunity for APM/PM role but with no experience in the particular role. I have 1.6 years of industry experience and want to switch domains from developer to APM/PM. Kindly guide or let me know if your organisation is hiring.
