Owing to few changes that they've implemented lately, the work culture here seems to have taken a hit which has made me look for new opportunities.

Hi , can folks here guide steps /suggest how to get SDE role at entry role . I regret giving 2 yrs a career for the civil services exam. I graduated with BTech in  2021 . If I had only sat for college placements at my Tier 1 college, I wouldn't have been living with regrets. I have been doing projects in the MERN stack . I also have skills like Postgresql, Trpc and am familiar with using ORMs and type validators like Zod . Since I had no previous experience at internship or full time , no companies are shortlisting my profile .
