I'll suggest avoiding the roadmap-tutorial circle,  
 Back in 2021, I did little codeforces and basic web development it landed me a low pay job offcampus, (which was atleast better than college given tcs job) now that I look back in retrospect, should've done more coding. 
  
 In my opinion the easiest/ headache free way to get a good paying job as a fresher is through, solving "synthetic problems", I got alot of interviews from open hiring challangs held on hackerearth and dare2compete websites. 
  
 Another practical tip: train to be "non oversmart" 
 One mistake that I did earlier was trying to dodge questions,  blew my amazon hm round by saying I normally code in python it doesn't have linked list, when asked "how will you reverse a linked list?" instead give straight answers.

My younger bro is currently in his 3rd yr at NSUT Delhi.   He has been learning front end for a good while. And is now also learning AI/ML.

All his prep went into vain due to poor internship placements. 

He is now very underconfident about interning off campus and wants to directly sit for main placements.

My understanding is that it’s critical to have a good brand internship and a PPO from them preferably. This worked for me as a non-techie so could be a bias.

But if you or anyone you know has been through this journey, kindly suggest what should be the ideal way forward?

My brother is good with robotics, drones and stuff. He has been creating around it since his 5th standard. Though he is from Tier 3 college and now he is in final year. Leaving all that behind he started studying DSA. 

I am into software development. But I would like to know where he can apply for robotics and the stuff. I didn't find much openings. He has exceptional skills when it comes to hardware and building prototypes.

How to get placed for upwards of 30Lpa

Currently I am in my second year from a Tier 3 college. On campus placements at my college for the 2024 batch is really worse. Few companies are hiring for sales roles etc. and most of them are putting tough eligibility criteria and hiring only few.

To be very honest, I have no hopes from on campus placements. I am going for the off campus route.
What should I do to get a decent intern in third year/fourth year and a decent job by the time of graduation?

Talking about my progress, I am doing DSA, taking part in contests in Codechef, Codeforces, and Leetcode. 
Besides that I have started learning Machine Learning. Have done only the Math part and basics though still now. Been to 2 offline hackathons.

I am going to be a 2nd year student after 1.5 months(B.Tech cse).
What should i lean , i have AI as my specilisation alongside with the core btech.(in my collage you have to choose a spelisation in 2nd year along with the core btech).
Tell me what to lean. Should i do web dev(html,css,javascript and js node) or something else. I don't know the market's demand.
I heard that web dev is of no use as chatgpt can also do it.

Help to to select my carrier path

I have done btech from a tier 2 colg in civil engineering (2015 pass out). There after I worked for 2 yrs and left my job for UPSC preparation. Now after 4 years I am stuck without job. I want to get into IT sector, what should be the roadmap. My strengths: strong hold on mathematics, aptitude, and English.
My weakness: never coded before.
Shall I go for SDE roles or Data science. I am a bit confused because I am new to this field with no experience and a gap of almost 5 years

My brother is in great confusion if he should take a loan just to study btech and get an average job of 4LPA

My brother has done his MCA in the year 2017 and post that he didn't join any campus due to family business and during covid when our business was at its lowest time he decided to explore outside hence joined Adani groups as a product supervisor and currently working with Emami agrotech as a warehouse incharge... 

But now he want to make a career switch to software Field... Can anyone suggest what does he need to do to make so happen? A friend's younger brother recently joined a very good company, a market leader in its domain, from campus placements. He really knows a lot of stuff already especially with Cloud given he just graduated. He had joined as a software Dev majorly but has been given the role to maintain the cloud which was obviously not In his deemed role when he joined. They have promised to change his designation as well in lieu and also increase salary during appraisal which is in few months. 
I wanted your alls opinion, on first given he has just 6-7 months of full time, should he take up the designation of Cloud Engineer or even Individual Contributor, Second currently he is at a salary of over a lakh per month, what should he go for in the upcoming appraisal. 

PS: Before joining full time corporate he has interned at startups for over 1.5-2 years and picked his cloud and development skills majorly there
