I see a lot of negative feedback on LinkedIn related to how people redeemed their mutual funds but they didn't get the amount displayed on the app.
Any Groww users out there? What's your opinion on these
That’s the reason I only use zerodha. A real business under no growth pressure from VCs

They’re in business of trust. It’s easy to lose, hard to regain.
They were also slow to respond on allegations.
I have been investing on Groww since 2021. I cross check my investments on CAM and MF Central every month. I'm quite happy with the platform. I too panicked at the news though! Also, I have found their customer service to be very responsive and problem solving.

They don't handle the transactions directly, you can always redeem/invest via the AMC directly Amount discrepancy is most likely due to a new bug (read feature) that displays a different valuation of the fund rather than the redemption value.
