Cannot take out Indianness out of Indians

There was this video of an Indian girl Ektaa who had moved to Canada, and expressed her views on why she had come abroad. She actually made some valid points about how she felt safer here in Canada, at worst she was kinda annoying. Left to herself none would have even cared a damn, but our Social Media Influencers had to jump in, troll her, call her names, mock her. And then we had the Uber Deshbhakts coming up with how dare she comment on India. Ultimately the trolling just gave her even more fame, ended up with Truecaller giving her an offer. And all those who trolled, mocked and made her world famous ending up with total egg on their face.

I find it curious at least that in my undergrad batch, out of all the people who went to abroad 80% of them were women. What factors would contribute to that?

Life is becoming so hard 😔. I no longer see kids playing around. People are no longer excited/tend to visit relatives as often. All people are just cringing on Instagram all day. There is so much misguiding going around. People are becoming less religious and losing Indian essence and adopting and influenced by more Western life.

The more I attend Indian fat weddings, The more convinced I am to do a court marriage.

I just can't, day by day the things I experience in this place makes me hate this country more. On average, Indians are terrible people.

Although India is a country with great culture and food,but it seems due to lack of unity, selfishness and a tendency to pull down others, India would take light years to be a developed country. Also this has been a major root cause of being attacked by so many invaders over the centuries. Someone who has resources in abundance, would not take any interest to help others in need. Not just basic,but any other thing also. Infact to say,we get easily influenced by anything. We don't have our own identity just like the French. Shoot your comments....
