Why is Capgemini doing fake hiring. I mean they are taking interviews multiple times. Is they really show casing the hiring of clients? I have attended 10 times for Capgemini interview for plsql developer position in last 1 month. Everytime some 3ed party recruiter call me and take details ofnmy alternative email and arrange a call from Capgemini. And loop continue. Why these PPL waste our time.

I got offer from Capgemini, joining date is 31st May. My last working day in current organization is also 31st May, I requested for next day 3rd June to Capgemini. It's hired for the HSBC client. I have put down my paper and now Capgemini Is saying I have to join to 31st May itself or the offer will be revoked. I tried to convince Cognizant my lwd was 3rd June so It preponed to 31st May still Capgemini HR is not picking up the phone and has no answer. What Should I do?

I had an interview with Capgemini for BA profile around 23rd February. It went amazing. Got selected for second round. They asked for details like UAN card and previous salary slips and offer letters to schedule a client interview. It sounded weird but I provided the details because I couldn't think of any way they can misuse the information. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them. Is this usual practice? Personally haven't come across such a situation before.

I recently applied to Indian Fintech, first round went well. Got no response from HR for 3-4 days. Once I called her on 5th day, she told me that I had cleared first round and they will assignment next day. Assignment didnāt arrive for 2 more days. HR stopped picking my calls. After this I reached out to third party recruiter (who started the process initially). She contacted this company HR and they sent me assignment next day. I had to complete it in 48 hour strict timeline. Spent entire 2 days on it and barely slept. I submitted it on time. After this no reply from HR for 4 days. Finally I reached out to my interviewer from first round for help. He said he will remind HR. Next day I got call from HR that all open positions are closed and we will consider u in future. No feedback on assignment was given. Not even sorry for making u wait. Isnāt the only thing HRs need to be good at is people handling & professional communication?

Hi peeps, Given the wonderful places you all work in, wanted to request if people can share good roles available out there at your company/some place you know. Iām on the lookout to a switch, but I know many are, might be very helpful to have shares across diff companies and roles. Hope this is okay. Thanks good people!

Today got a call from HR manager and expect me to join early, if early release is not possible then they will drop/hold my profile. During last one month ongoing discussion HR was aware that Iām yet to resign, informed that official notice period is 90 days but negotiable up to 60 days, don't know why HR manager and HR are not on the same pageš¤·š»āāļø How to convince for early release or delay the joining date? Please help.

After 2 weeks and 4 rounds of interviews, the HR informed me on Friday that Iāve cleared the last round and have been selected. S/he asked me to share some documents and told offer letter will be shared in 2 days. I waited for 2 days and called the HR today. Hereās the interesting thing, on calling s/he didnāt recognise me first and asked me which department Iām from, then asked to wait 15 minutes for callback as s/he was on break. Again waited for more than an hour and called back but this time s/he didnāt pick up the call. My question is should I be worried? Move on or am I being impatient? Just some more info - I donāt have any other offer in hand and the CTC Iāve asked for 100% of previous (last appraisal in 2021) although itās still less than what is being offered for senior role in current market scenario in Bengaluru. Could this be the reason? Your thoughts, please.
My contract was terminated last month citing restructuring. Honestly, I saw it coming but wasn't expecting it would hit like this I tried keeping my mind distracted, but now it has started to sink I live with parents and they aren't saying anything (they were feeding me before and still are, no change for them) I have had thoughts of ending all this, but do not have the courage. What if it ends halfway and I am redundant my whole life? Credit card bills are coming through now and being 42% of my ex-salary wasn't something I was prepared for. I thought I was a sane spender.
