Careeer Transition

Guys i have exact 3 years of experience in analytics and I am underpaid. Planning to switch. Max how much I can expect and get as a person with 3 years of experience.

I m Tier 1 MBA with 3.5 years of experience in Strategy and Marketing. Took a paycut on my 2022 CTC to join a great company in a great role in 2023 during all layoff scenes of early 2023. This year also I m expecting hardly 7 - 8% hike. It is frustrating 😞. Salary day is the saddest day for me. My current in hand is lesser than my 2nd year salary. I want to switch but just worried about too many switches on my resume.

Hi! I want to streamline my career in data science domain. Currently into data analytics role where mostly work is on data visualisation and predictive modelling. I want to grow in this field but I want those roles which are mix of both management and tech. Are there any such roles in this field? Or is it hardcore coding only? Would like to understand what companies look for in aspiring candidates in this domain? In which areas one should become proficient to get a heft package? and will this field grow in next 5 years and will it be more immune to layoffs?

I’m currently working at a B2B SaaS company as a PM. I have a great interest in analytics but not getting enough exposure here and my role has just got so redundant and more like project manager. It’s been really difficult in the last couple of months as growth seem to have stopped and I am really scared about my career. Experience - 1 Year Current Comp - ~17LPA fixed with some Esops Should I consider switching to analytics ( I am confident about my skills which will get me something in analytics ) given my current situation or try to get another good role in PM to which the market has been really cruel lately. Need some advice!!

I have total 9 YOE and Accenture is my second company. I have spent more than 6.5 years in Accenture and currently at level 9. My total package is 16.5 (15 fixed+ 1.5 variable) . I work in Accenture Operations. I believe my package is low. Moreover Accenture India employees didn't get any increment in base salary this year. I have to buy house, car and manage my household expenses for nearly 11 members. What should I do?

Please suggest, I am in a dilemma now about my transition and don't want to join BA company like a fresher.
