I am a Sales professional. I feel unsatisfied and overqualified at my current job. I have been wanting to make the switch to Marketing and work on getting a hard skill to add value to my profile. I don't feel like I am getting the most out of my MBA degree. Any helpful advice on how to explore different career options and working towards a switch to a more fulfilling career?
