👋 Hey everyone! I'm a mobile developer with 2.5 years of experience in React Native and Flutter. I'm thinking about making a change and getting back into DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms). Any tips on where to start? Also, how long might it take to get interview-ready if I dedicate 1-2 hours daily and 4-6 hours on weekends? I previously worked as sales executive in prominent MNC and currently after 1 year of break preparing for CAT and also took medical break in this span, now I am interested in research analyst role in research reporting companies. How do I make shift in my resume and showcase it to the recruiter. I have average communication skills, but pro at making insight out of any article or research report. Company who's hiring leads will be appreciated

Sometimes I feel that the work I am doing in the office is worthless. It is providing no value to the client nor does it help me. I am able to answer the technical questions of the client which help in their business decisions and I think that's what keeps me employed. But I still feel I am wasting my time and I really don't know what I should do. Does anyone else face a similar issue or is it only with me? Also have someone come out of this and would like to share their experiences.

I made a series of bad decisions, and for the last one year, I've been working as a data analyst, on third party payroll, and with 4 LPA package. I have 4 years of experience with gaps. The work is super hectic, and I am mostly working 9 to 11 just because the team is cheap to hire an extra resource and I am doing the work for multiple teams. I have to add that I have anxiety, and I have a difficult time saying no or asking questions. I was managing my life with this pay, but recently, I'm finding it a bit tough. I've been applying for different jobs, and i can't even seem to get an interview. I know unlike SDEs, analysts doesn't get paid on the same scale, but 4LPA seem to be a bit low. I don't know what else to add here, so please ask if any specific details are needed. I need to get my life sorted.

Hello corporate "hustlers," I am one of you, but my hustle is filled with a lot of chaos. I'm reaching out for help as I’ve been trying to figure things out for the last few years, and now it’s high time I sought advice here. I belong to the COVID-19 batch and graduated in journalism and mass communication from Chandigarh University. During the pandemic, our business suffered great losses, and currently, I am the only one earning for my family. I've been extremely unlucky with jobs and now feel exhausted and ready to quit. In the last three years, I’ve worked with four different companies, lasting a maximum of 7-8 months at each. Presently, I am employed at a company where I have to monitor campaigns 24/7. My teammates and I constantly face hate and pressure from management to either quit or deliver results. Imagine this: my salary is 40k, but my monthly revenue target is close to 1 crore. It’s a terrible situation. I have to create subpar campaigns on Google AdWords to generate traffic and clicks. Sometimes, we’re even asked to use provocative images to attract an audience. There’s no control over things—it’s purely luck-based right now, and we get blamed every day. I want to change my job, but every company rejects me due to my experience and short tenures. They want someone who has been stable in their roles. I don’t know what certifications to pursue, what skills to learn, or who will hire me after doing all this. I am tired of this. Can someone please help me with any suggestions or guidance? Thank you.

Hey is it all over for someone who did mechanical engineering and stuck in WITCH in a bad project? I did start with Research, but it paid peanuts then during pandemic made the switch but, ended up in bad project twice(the second time was a heartbreak though I could figured out how the org works and secured good project, but landed in a bad project) and it's been 5 years since I graduated. Is it all over for me?🥲 I earn <30k nett For MS all I see are mediocre universities(due to undergrad percentage) which would make it hell with all the loans if things don't go right
