Career advice

Hi I am 24 for now working in bpo as technical support advisor. Unfortunately I couldn't complete my graduation bcs of covid ( financial issues) it's been 4 years of working still I am getting 30k/month. Lives in a rented houses and the cost of living in bangalore is pretty high. Family is pressureising to get married I couldn't achieve anything in life I am just a failure. Nothing is working out my life sucks. Everyone around me doing good.

I don't know what to do I lost. Big companies want graduates I can't manage + studies now bcs as the salary is less I am also doing part time job of delivery. I don't know what to do no friends no love life just alone.

I can't find a way out. Any advice to build my career in 1 year.

Learn skills whatever is your interest for example couple of software tools and skills. Create roadmap for it..and do complete your graduation from distance educations or atleast have some associate degree you can apply it online these certification from good colleges are very impactful.

Update these credentials in your resume start applying for the jobs .. You can do it 💪🏻🔥 it's never too late

Bro! Just try to move as a Cloud support engineer and the expertise depends on your interest! Many companies such as LTIMindtree, Sonata software, Tech Mahindra have Azure projects from Microsoft and they hire with pretty good package up to 7-10LPA. Post working and getting experience there you can jump to a different company or join MS directly as a vendor and get up to 15LPA. Then post 18 months contract move back to any other company with same skill set or get converted as FTE in MS and you can earn up to 25LPA Skills could be anything Azure Subscription management or billing, Azure Active Directory, networking, Intune, 365 sharepoint, teams anything you have interest in. Just Google with above skills jobs in google and you will get the job description. Copy JD and use Chatgpt to get the interview questions for those roles and you will get 60% of idea about that role! All the best for your career!! Remember you are just one step away from a different life👍

Do part time graduation aka distance learning It Will cost around 20K per semester.

BUT BE SURE TO CHECK IF THE COMPANY YOU WANNA JOIN ACCEPTS DISTANCE EDUCATION

Bro I got an offer from deloitte just today but it's contract based. I wanna how the work environment there. But for the graduation it will take 3 more years.
