As a recruiter myself , i know times are hard for us particularly, given the hiring has completely stopped for now. I would suggest you should explore sales domain since we already have been doing it as a recruiter successfully ..it's pretty much the same. Although deciding on the industry is something you should look into

All depends on you and how much effort you're ready to put in, and how much of a financial cushion do you have.
