Career prospects?

I have almost 4 years of experience in QA and manual testing. Currently, I'm pursuing a master's in Data Science and Technology from WILP BITS, which will end in August. My skills include machine learning, deep learning, NLP, building LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain), SQL, and Python. I am also 3x AWS certified. My current CTC is 7 LPA at Cognizant. I'm looking for advice on: Expected CTC for my profile Companies to target Any other suggestions Thanks for your help

Hello all I have approx 15 years of experience and out of which 12 has been in USA (Silicon Valley) with some of the renowned tech companies. (No FAANG though) I am considering to move back to India and was wondering what kind of CTC I can expect. Here is my profile: 15 years of experience in industry. Have been a senior/lead software engineer/architect in these companies. Have tried some sort of leadership too. Been a global conference speaker and author too. I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers . Current now I'm 1 year 3 months exp I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project . Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities. Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp) I don't wanna start again in entry level. What checklist should I follow to successful switch. Hello everyone, Requesting honest opinion based on my profile: - Did Btech and Mtech from IIT Delhi - Worked with a management consultancy firm for 2 years - Worked with a B2B mid stage startup as strategy and ops manager for 1 year - Worked with a year stage B2B startup as founding team member lead product and supply for 8 months Have been on a career break since Nov'23. Early days were very romantic I was enjoying my free time. But it has been very difficult lately without any direction for future. What should be my goal? And a short term plan for next 6 months?
