i don't freelance as such but a good way to estimate is to calculate your per hour rate and give an estimate of how many hours you'll take to make it (including buffer period).  
 that's your minimum number you should ask for.

I’m a copywriter with 4 years of work experience with some fairly big brands. Revently a few people have been reaching out for copy projects. Some are willing to pay per project, and others look at a long term commitment. So far I’ve been letting them tell me what they are willing to pau and if it seems okay to me I take it up. i am product manager with 6yoe and with some good brands. but lately i am wondering if this is peak and future demand of software product manager with no hands on coding experience will keep declining
