Cloud support Associate@Amazon

1. It's an operations role i.e. you'll primarily work on tickets as an AWS TAC ( 2 - 3 everyday with a target of 30-50 every month ) 2. Figure out which team in Amazon as a CSA like if it's within networking, security or others 3. You'll learn a loooooot about AWS cloud and technology in general too 4. Possible interview rounds: basic networking or Linux and then a team focused technical round. The two manager rounds. They focus a looooot on basics. 5. Its actually a faced paced environment and not just a linkedIN term in context of working for AWS, so brace yourselves to get uncomfortable :) Hope that helps
