Club Mahindra Membership
Is it worth buying club mahindra blue season membership? If you have the membership do share your experience and should one go for it or not?

It's short of a scam.
Finshots had an article on it, YT has videos and reviews on it. Have better use of your money.
These days influencers just want to sensationalise everything, so you need to take it with a pinch of salt. TBH I haven’t seen the finshots article so can’t comment on their research

"Timeshares" - that's what the Club Mahindra product is called. Very popular in the past. Their marketed price might look attractive. But they add fees and annual charges later. Also, they won't allow you to book on the busy holiday periods.
So for such services which are complicated, reviews are a Godsend.

In Club Mahindra portal they'll show room not available for xyz resort for abc date and same resort would be bookable on MakeMyTrip for the regular nightly fare.
All in all you'd be better off doing a Bank FD of 2.7L and just book stays at regular fares, plus there are terms and conditions, you can't book for 15 nights straight even if previous years didn't booked any property.
I have been using for the past 15 years, it was good in the beginning but these days has been a hassle. However, it’s not a scam for sure, you just need to be diligent enough and pre-plan everything. Some of their resorts are really really good. Having said that, membership cost has gone up significantly these days so doesn’t make that much sense. You should rather make an FD of that much amount now and keep withdrawing as and when you want to go on a holiday - at least you will have the flexibility of staying at a resort of your choice and location
