Target market is youth in 15-24yrs category . We are focusing on Indian market right now
What makes you think this target group is really serious about self improvement?
They are more incentivised to follow society than try anything new in education.
AI tool that unlocks hidden reason behind your concept gaps is not cool than going to unacademy offline class. In this age, very less people are individualistic and more group thought driven.
CTO should have these skills
- Knowledge of software architecture
- Hands on development
- ML knowledge (specific to your startup)
- Able to bring in his ex- colleagues to execute successfully (people management)
- Knowledge of market dynamics (able to crunch numbers and pivot)
It is difficult to find someone with all these skills for a early stage startip. I would recommend picking the top 2 of 5. The other 3 can be augmented or built upon the earlier 2.
