Companies in Pune?
Hey guys, I am planning to shift to Pune from Bangalore. What are some of the good product based companies in Pune with good packages? For Frontend/Fullstack developers. I'm talking about salaries above 40-50LPA Office/remote work anything.
Would you consider taking a pay cut or no hike considering that expenses in Pune are lower compared to Blr? Even if you end up with the same or more savings towards the end of the month?
For my situation pay cut is not ideal. I have loans and family responsibilities.
But from a general point of view I have seen people do that.
Damn bro I wonder what kind of life you're living if you can't afford a pay cut at 40-50 LPA

IMO the salary you want no company from Pune will provide except Google for 3.5 YOE
