Confused about what to do

I have been working in this startup for around 1.5 years now, and soon I am going to be the only developer here, as the other 2 devs are going to leave soon. The company is now calling me to Bangalore. I am thinking as there will be no devs my growth will be very less, as this is my first organisation after graduation. But looking at the market situation it feels like I should just continue with the current org. I am not sure what to do.

Time to look for a new job. Jobs are less but not zero.

My main worry is if I move to Bangalore I won't be able to prepare for interviews or can give interviews. They want me there in May. should I just resign and then look for a job?

Bhai Aisa kyu lagta hai tujhe ki tu tayari nahi kar payega. Rather than studying 4 hours, you'll study 2. That's it. Here in bangalore, you'll make good connections and will give more interviews. Baaki log bhi to bangalore mei reh ke interview de hi rahe hai. Your savings are wayyy less to survive in this kind of market scenario. So don't leave your job immediately.

If you are the only dev and they are asking you to relocate...why not just ask for more?

Tried doing so, but they were like when we hired, we hired for WFO and remote was just temporary. And yes they are right about that, so can't ask for more.

Leave the job and start job search and hop to other startup for a even 10-20% hike. Keep on looking
