Confusion at its peak.

I have two offers one is startup and the other is Deloitte. (After confirming from the internet, employees and other connections i am mentioning some points) STARTUP: - work culture is great. - work will be appreciated. - very few people know about company - hybrid - 15% maximum variable ( depends on performance) - team size is less around 2k - A hike will be good - service+ product based DELOITTE: - work culture everyone knows is not good. - work will not be appreciated as per the crowd. - most of the people know about company - hybrid - 10% maximum variable ( depends on performance) - team size is around India's population - A hike will not be good.(Not sure) - service based. They both are offering the same CTC and I am having 2yoe. Please let me know what should i choose and why. Thanks in advance.
