Best of the cultures are being degraded by consultants whose expertise is in 'mental masturbation', 'structuring thoughts' or 'defining problem statements' or using ABC frameworks. There is no bias for action, absolutely zero team management skills and have a zero sense of products. The only goal is to match numbers X%,Y% just that -> no body cares about what users feel, are we building something meaningful, whats the insight -> none.
