Coupang hiring Indians
Has anyone been approached by Coupang for Product or Engineering roles? They’re relocating folks to Seoul and recently started a satellite office in India. Context: Coupang is the Amazon of Korea

It is not worth it. Very high work pressure in a country where you don't know the language . Savings are lesser than India or sams. Most Indians leave in a few months or max 1 year . Based on experience of few colleagues who joined . Best option is to stay in India and get a role with similar pay
Pay is materially higher though. I’m >1CR in Bangalore and they’re tripling it and paying rent for the house/education for kids.
I am concerned about the workload, yes, but if you can survive a few years, it feels like a fast pass to a nest egg, no?
Is it unbearable?

Guess, you should make a decision based on your circumstances. I am t a stage in life where 3X pay won't make much difference and I would be ok with X pay and WLB. In the last gig I had 3X pay than previous but horrid WLB and missed my kids growing up. All the Best

What kind of profiles do they typically approach?
I was approached for a Product role. I see 30 folks in their Product team from India.
How long does it generally take Coupang to give offer letter post selection in final round
