Can someone working at Acko or have worked there in the past please tell us how the work culture at Acko is? Please shed some light mainly on the below 1. Work Life Balance 2. Pay 3. Company culture Thanks in advance peeps!
Acko hired a bunch of folks of Ola. If there is one unwritten rule of thumb is startups , it is this - just avoid Ola alums .
Ex ola has screwed up the culture there🙃. I would join only if I have absolutely no options

I have experienced an ex-Ola Manager first hand and made me quit within 30 days.
It’s quite good actually + competitive pay. Know multiple folks who’ve worked there but they all mentioned ACKO rewards long-term behaviours (read: they want you to stick around) but take care of their folks.
