In my previous company, i worked for extended hours most of the times and was always under pressure to deliver in short period.heard mixed reviews about DBS. Checking here to get more info. How's the pay for analysts in banks like Citi, HSBC, IDFC etc? 

My "assumption" is they have a better work life balance compared to start-ups (I work in one - CTC being 28lpa - almost 4 YOE). 

Why am I asking? 
Looking at how things are going on at BLR, I'm planning to someday switch to company with work from home and  better work life balance.
