Depression !!!

This is regarding my company and role

I'm currently working in a service based company from last 2.5 years. I had joined there as a fresher. The project that I'm working on had som growth initially but now there's literally no growth. I'm doing the same exact thing every single day and despite working extra hard all year long, I was not given any hike! I'm really feeling depressed right now. Please help. I've wasted 2.5 years of my life and I've hardly any expertise in any of the tech I've worked on.

I am working for a WITCH Company for past 2 years . They aren’t giving any project just asking for upskilling and complete internal certification. I got into a project (Tech:Azure Databricks) and now the client has reduced the budget and im removed from the project. I am 25y and joined as a fresher. What should i do..?

Currently I am working in TCS with 6 years Experience. Actually I am badly feeling like I have not received any experience from TCS. In the project I was worked as Support role and one of the framework which most of the people don't know. Know I am planning to switch but I feeling like I don't know anything. Now I am learning Spring boot through external paid course. I have one question when I try to switch are they consider me as fresher, because I don't have hands on experience on spring boot.

Hello People, I am from non-tech background but I need technical job. I did BSc in 2020 and thought to do goverment job preparation but due to some tragedy happend in my family I was unable to do anything for my career for more than 2 years and after that I got to know that I can learn skills and apply for IT jobs. I have done course on fullstack in 2023 but i did not got a single call or job offer for fresher. I am really fed up now and depressed. I have to look after me myself and do everything bcz of no leader in my family. Plesse suggest me what shall I do. Is it fine to apply jobs with fake experience? Will that help and will it be fine? Can anyone help me with a sde or frontend or backend developer role I'm a 2024 passout worked in a startup for 10 months. Here's my skillset C,c++,Java, Javascript,Nodejs, SQL, python , a little bit of react, I mostly worked on list views, redirection , data modelling using mongoose I worked on a project where the pharama companies can request their new license or renewal their expired license seems easy but need to pass through various checks including government and different users so how to handle all these were too hectic So please anyone who is ok to refer me with a decent package is appreciated.

I have been working with Infosys for past 5years(total exp) and my current salary is 20LPA CTC. I work on Apple projects and the work has become repetitive over the last three years, primarily focusing on Java, Spring, Microservices, and Elasticsearch. I really want to join a product company now, for better compensation and more engaging work, but I’m uncertain how to proceed. I’ve just been writing APIs and scheduled jobs, and at this point I think I know nothing beyond it. The thought of facing the interview processes of tech giants for senior roles is daunting. Where should I start from? How do I regain my competence?

Hi Friends, I was working for past 2.5 yrs in wipro. I know languages like sql, power bi, python. But after joining wipro they allocated me in c++ skill and also they didn't allocated me in proper technical project until 1st yr. In the second year i went into bench then after 3 mnths HR called me and told if i not got any project LOP will be initiated. So i searched for even non technical opportunity and got one, finally i was working in technical support shift basis. Now I want to switch company with my old skills but i not having proper handson in projects. How can I get handson and can crack the interview. And also how I can explain the experience without any work. Please suggest me.

Hey guys, I'm stuck in an MNC currently without any real world project for almost half an year now. I've been building projects on my own and looking for a switch. Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here. Seeing my friends getting fired from FAANG co. and still not get any other offer makes me more disheartened. Please help.
