I have 8 years of experience and am currently working on my startup, which unfortunately hasn’t been going well. It’s been affecting both my health and savings. Two of my co-founders left midway due to a lack of full commitment. Despite the challenges, I’ve gained significant experience in product development and engineering through this venture. Before starting my own company, I worked as an Engineering Manager with companies like Jio, where I developed expertise in large-scale distributed systems. Lately, I’ve been receiving very few interview calls, and I’m unsure whether the issue lies with me, the market, or something else. I understand the market is tough, but I’m curious how others are managing to cope. Are you experiencing similar difficulties?
