Does your company invest in well being( Mental and Physical) of all employees ( not counting insurance stuff) ?

Some of the place that i have worked, have invested a lot in it, but eventually the benefit does not get passed on to employee primarily because of lack of awareness on how to use them or people always caught with work that they don’t have time to access these help.

I also feel that top executives and mid managers are not trained on how to tackle issue when their teammate reach out citing problems of what they are going through regarding mental well being. Out of ignorance the first instinct is to see if it does not hamper the org in anyway or get rid of employee.

The past few years have been a real eye-opener for workplace mental health. The pandemic pushed a lot of companies to take a hard look at how they support their employees' wellbeing. 

Now that we're adapting to a new normal, I've been wondering how things have changed. 
In my own experience, I've noticed more open conversations about mental health at work, but I'm curious about what others are seeing.
