Do u need to be natural gifted to be a product designer?
Not really. But some design fundamentals coupled with a general sense of aesthetic is what you need to be aiming for.
No.. It may sound like an oversimplification, but having a naturally strong aesthetic and the ability to simplify complex ideas visually can give you an edge in UI design.
Being an adept problem solver and a collaborator helps you in UX design.
If you have both of the above you can be a good Product Designer.
Creativity can be nurtured and enhanced, knowledge can be collected, and self-improvement can happen through iteration and training. 'Gift' can be helpful, but it is certainly not a prerequisite.
No. But you should develop good eye and taste for design. This can only be achieved by practice.
Just ask developer and designers to make exact copy of competitors product

Human psychology and empathy are probably the most important skills, followed by an original aesthetic sense. Product design can be learned but it's experience that counts.

I'm a product designer and i suck at drawing
I suck at drawing learned to design for my previous startup after being a PM for the longest time.
1/ Learn the basics of Figma, first princples of UXand a couple frameworks like JTBD.
2/ Practice a ton - start by making a few screens and make a concept app
3/ would be great if you can find a senior dedigner to give you feedback on what you build
