WITCH companies are infamous for releasing offer letters after too much delay.
Some people I know got the offer when they had already joined another organisation and had been working there for one-two months.
Lol its reality in Tcs 🤣 the bgv process is useless they scrutinise mark sheets lol even when I have 7 yrs exp 🤦♂️

How much time does tcs takes to release offer. I uploaded documents, completed client interview and also acknowledge the offer breakup. P.s. They said they will send the offer as soon as ctc is approved by senior management.
