NEVER EVER Compromise on your sleep
Its simply not worth it
Messes up your mental health , energy levels, social battery, skin quality, digestion, and even hormones to a certain extent (cant vouch for female hormones as I am a guy, but I did feel the hormonal instability once I started neglecting my sleep)
A few days is fine But the moment you let yourself chronically mess up your sleep cycle under the pretext of productivity, you'll start to realize how fragile the human body is.
Trust me , I have been there and it has been a nightmare to get back on track. I hope you guys never go through what I went through :)
As adults, we have very few avenues of joy anyway, and sleep I believe is one of them so fall in love with your sound sleep !!!!!!!!!!
