Dubai : Thought about moving

Hey, has anyone moved to Dubai for work. A relative and a few friends moved recently and only have very good things to say. But wanted to get a balanced view. What are the pros and cons of moving there for work? My current understanding: Pros -Tax free income -Cosmopolitan environment -Hopefully better work life balance Cons -Expensive overall (Rent, Food) -Harsh weather -No easy path to citizenship

Im having 9yrs of experience as a web developer in Pune and I just went for 1w trip to Dubai. Its Outstanding! Swear by God! Planning to seek out a job there. Will it be the best decision considering I'm having a stable job at Infosys. I want to settle and have a family there and live a life of very high standards. Hi I moved to Dubai from Bangalore 3.5 years back. I have total 5.5 years of experience as Software Engineer. Is it worth coming back to Bangalore now? Hi folks, I have a remote job which pays good enough and some remote gigs. I want to relocate to Dubai but dont want to work for a Dubai based company, I want to continue my current setup as is it pays much more (US startups). Has anyone done something like this or is it even possible? I don't to apply for a work visa, rather a digital nomad visa. I am married and my wife will be relocating with me as well. I know about their Golden visa program which gives you residency if your invest north of 2cr in Dubai, which I am not comfortable with. Any help is appreciated. Cheers.
