Can someone share links where to apply or any referrals in organization or any guidance on the process or portals from where to apply from. LinkedIn is not helping in any way.
In my opinion, LinkedIn is overrated for job search in Dubai. I'd suggest you to directly approach companies through their websites or use local job portals like Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and GulfTalent. Networking is crucial, so reach out to your contacts in Dubai. Persistence is key. Good luck.
