Early stage B2B product management
I work at an early stage B2B fintech startup as a lead engineer and very often have to wear a product hat. Revenue is our most important business metric and user adoption is our most important product KPI. (a) I've been struggling to identify new features to build that will enhance our product and lead to a lift in revenue. (b) Even when a problem is served on a platter by our B2B clients, I'm struggling to identify the best way to build a feature to solve that problem in a way that's coherent with our existing product. (c) I am okayish at designing delightful user experiences but want to do way better here for our B2B clients' users. I'm willing to work very hard and improve in these aspects (I've done that before and achieved great success in other domains). What would you recommend I do? What should I learn? How should I approach this journey?
