Hello People,
I am from non-tech background but I need technical job. 
I did BSc in 2020 and thought to do goverment job preparation but due to some tragedy happend in my family I was unable to do anything for my career for more than 2 years and after that I got to know that I can learn skills and apply for IT jobs. I have done course on fullstack in 2023 but i did not got a single call or job offer for fresher. I am really fed up now and depressed. I have to look after me myself and do everything bcz of no leader in my family. Plesse suggest me what shall I do. Is it fine to apply jobs with fake experience? Will that help and will it be fine?

Is it okay for a tech enthusiast to not be interested in hands on coding full fledged or maybe not be an expert at it.

I feel that if I give more time and effort in learning new stuffs and tech, I can excel at my job as a software engineer and even upskil myself but after 4-5 years, I still love to learn things and be updated about latest tech and do projects of my own but at a lesuirely pace without the anxiety about job or any interview..

But since I was in school I had too much interest towards business, ideas, startups and now that I am 28, i feel i really want to take that leap of faith with my entrepreneurial journey.

I have couple of ideas I am quite passionate in the FMCG domain and couple ideas for tech based as well.

From my heart, i always am into tech whether with job or jobless. But I don't like hardcore coding and stuff now.. Kind of done with it..

So my question is, has anyone else felt the same?
Has anyone from tech sector plunged into FMCG sector with zero knowldge about that sector?

Has anyone with average knowledge in tech industry tried to build a hardcore startup around tech by hiring someone else?

Please share your experiences and advice and not from success stories of Rags to Riches that even I can find on Google😂

I had a very basic doubt.
For people who've exercised their stock options or have had some similar experience with this in the past, what's best way to limit the tax liability?

My company is registered in the US - would i have to pay taxes to both the governments?

Out on a walk and the weather is all grey,
Saw a Gulmohar Tree blooming with beautiful red flowers.

Chose to sit down on a bench in the garden, 
While sipping some Rasna, saw some kids hurling stones towards a Mango Tree.

They were hoping to get some Mangoes, still green and waiting to ripen but that wouldn’t stop them.

And I wondered, our old social circle has now dispersed, some went abroad to study and others work in different cities. 

Some friends even live in the same city and you meet them for drinks or food sometimes.

But we seldom do anything outside of Food, Drinks and Music. Can’t think of anything outside of these three things that you and your friends do.

Maybe, I’ll take some initiative and explore more group sports. Because, I don’t want my weekends to be the same bar with the same food and the same music on loop for the rest of my youth.

What about you all? What do you guys do on the weekend outside of this?

This was my last post where i mentioned that Nifty 100 is the way to go ahead if one wants to build newer positions.

Stocks like ABB, SIEMENS, PIDILITE , COLPAL, MARUTI, LT, JINDAL S, TATA M , SUNPHARMA  are few names that have offered Entry opportunities.

When i am getting a good Risk : Reward, i buy whatever i wanna buy in 1 time scale in.

Out of the above list SIEMENS, ABB, MARUTI, COLPAL started moving before the indices. Generally these stocks are the leaders of the next upleg . Such stocks need to be tracked closely, they will offer plenty of opportunity to those who missed it. More often than not they will outperform the market. 

Don't chase any stock that is flying eg. Maruti, ABB wait for Risk : Reward to come in your favour. If it gives a mini pullback, get in, if not then let it fly. Look for another opportunity.


I have also built positions in Nifty Future at 22,220 today. In my last post i updated about entering Nifty Bank, that trade is still on and i have captured 700 odd points, Let's see what happens in days to come.

Pullback got confirmed today in Nifty. It broke out of the high volume node range, valid pullback ended , it kept bouncing above multiple AWAP levels (forgot to add that in the photo). This was a confluence of data points for me.

Getting in the market at the right time is very crucial. If one gets it right, the journey ahead for the next upleg is relatively easy. The market will shakeout late participants, if you get it right, you get a lot of cushion to work with and you wont be shaken out of the market that easily.

We are moving up in the medium term. If i see anything changing or i cut my positions, i will update here. Bank nifty and nifty is a deadly combo, i hope Bank Nifty keeps chipping in on regular intervals.

Just for fun!

I'm trying to get back at coding and is unable to decide between the following:

- Backend (Springboot - have tried a basic application to build crud APIs)
- Android Dev (native, have built few very basic apps using Java and published them)
- Web Full stack (have some experience with ERN as of now)


I'm unable to choose which one to focus on and not being able to take a decision is just resulting in procrastination. I know it would be better to just jump into something and go with the flow, but I'm unable to. 

Please help me out folks! 

I'm currently in a non coding role because of choice, but have always loved development and used to do it until I started working full-time (still tried a few things on the side). 

Haven't really figured out what's next, but if it works out, I would switch to an engineering role (either internally or to a new company)
