Evaluate offers from InMobi and Razorpay
I’m a PM with 2yoe Current CTC: 21LPA (plus 10 stocks, vesting schedule 4y) InMobi: 28LPA (26.5 base + 1.5 in other compensations, stock match with similar vesting) Razorpay: 30 LPA (2l perf bonus and stock match) I’ve heard InMobi has a better culture over Razorpay. Any thoughts?
Do you know which team in InMobi you’re going to join? Culture here is pretty good expect in a team or two. Would def recommend it.

I’m an ex-InMobian. Your real compensation is just 26L, I’d not count the money they take to give you food.
Go with razorpay they’ve a better future, also thank me later, fintech>adtech at least for next few years

InMobi is really a stable company and self sustaining. More over one of the finest culture. And almost never ever does random layoffs now.
Curious how did you approach inMobi or Razorpay? Referral? They are not listed on naukri website, atleast inMobi isn't
