Evaluate offers from InMobi and Razorpay

I’m a PM with 2yoe Current CTC: 21LPA (plus 10 stocks, vesting schedule 4y)

InMobi: 28LPA (26.5 base + 1.5 in other compensations, stock match with similar vesting) Razorpay: 30 LPA (2l perf bonus and stock match)

I’ve heard InMobi has a better culture over Razorpay. Any thoughts?

I’m an ex-InMobian. Your real compensation is just 26L, I’d not count the money they take to give you food.

Yes the food is free. They charge 1.5Lakh annually and show it as a part of ctc. So yeah, you get good ctc and free food!
