Is this uncommon? Can someone shed some light pls.
I thought it was just me.
Well, I've provided consulting services to 30+ companies and received a lot of appreciation from most of them and from my own company's management. Recently, I joined a new organization, and I have self-doubt about whether I could be useful to them or handle these new projects, which I have never done in the past.
I know that after some time, I'll be the best performer here too, but for now, I have the same feeling of stage fright that you might be dealing with.

You’re not alone. I guess everyone has it and we gotta fake it a little when it comes to confidence. I slowly have developed a coping mechanism where I just ask myself “so what if goes wrong” and then the answers don’t seem that bad. Like haan thik hai itna kuch bhi nahi bigdega! That calms my anxiety down. 😅
