Explore breadth vs depth in career

I have joined a startup as Backend Developer Intern. I get a stipend of 6K/ Month. They said they will offer full time position after internship, but the salary will be 10-12K. The only good thing is I am directly working on a live project. I am making REST APIs there. I have 5 months of time. What should I do? Should I learn react or should I learn backend concepts more deeply. I am also planning to apply for jobs side by side. Give your valuable thoughts on what should I do?

I'm 22 and like 6 months into my first, I really love what I'm working on and what I'm being compensated for that. But whenever I ask anyone whats their plan is they say mostly switch within 1-2 years, especially freshets who were selected along with me, and surprisingly almost no one here is from pre-covid.

Context- Let's say you are at a job position for 2yrs now. You have gotten bored of it. You started off with the exponential learning curve, but now, you feel even if you get linear it would be damn good. What can you do to spice things up? To have that exponential growth year after year! All this while not taking a hit on your pay? To add to the hypothesis(could be a reality for some), what would you do if you are in a non-Dev position right now like QA, testing, support, SRE/DevOps/SysAdmin?

How much does current tech stack on which I am working matters for future career prospects? Currently I develop APIs in Flask/Django, will I be deprived of opportunities in companies using Java/C#/Go?

For some context: I have about 4.5 YoE & 3 years directly in product along with Master’s level qualification. Primarily have worked with early stage start ups and have experienced similar challenges in each so avoiding this segment and red flag companies (taking Glassdoor, ambition box reviews as the basis here) But a few people/seniors are suggesting to consider any opportunity with any kind of company as the market is bad. So wanted some perspective on the risk of career gap on resume vs being stuck in a similar company and going through the same job search process maybe 6 months or a year down the line? What would be a better trade off? P.S: Currently I am able to focus on overall up skilling and whatever is needed to clear job interviews and have decent financial security & runway. What advice would you give to 20 yr old ppl? Your mistakes, regrets, necessary steps, things to avoid How to climb the success ladder fastest?

When I saw Twitter and LinkedIn most of people titles shows fullstack developer and here I am afraid of calling my self a frontend enginner, because there is so much to learn in each domain itself. Currently, I am working as a Frontend Developer in my current company and each day I am learning something new in Frontend. My question is that, should I continue exploring Frontend in my initial years and gradually explore other domains like backend or devops. Because, I stunned by looking at the Job description of the companies that are hiring even for entry level jobs. I wanted to your thoughts on this, What you do in your company and how you all improve the domain you are working on. You can also share any useful resources too. Thanks

I joined my company (tech startup) as a Product Manager and over the course of 3 years have worked both in Product as well as in Business teams. And to be honest, I like both the work. Now, I am looking for a switch and unable to decide which role I should pursue - Product or Business. So, I would need help from you all. From a long term career point of view keeping in mind compensation, scope of work and transitioning into leadership positions (CXOs), which is a better role and why - Product or Business?
