A lot of my friends have opted for FBP benefits and they product bills for Car lease, driver’s salary, vehicle maintenance, etc which are not genuine. 
How safe it is? Request some insights here please. Because this FBP seems to help employees save significant taxes.

I'm a fresher so I don't know what information my company can access with my PAN Number.
The second job also has TDS,I don't know how the Form 16 works.

Could someone please help me out?
I want to freelance without getting caught/losing my full-time job.

Why luxury things vehicle fuel, LTA, in offer we cannot show them in tax returns or I am misunderstanding it. Is this same common for all companies?. This is my first offer.. Also what will be my monthly take home. Any inputs will be Appriciated. I don't have loans, stocks, health insurance so I am planning to go for new tax regime.

I just started my first full time job and will be filing ITR for 1st time next year, no one in my family has been in high tax slab previously so not much experience from there :D

Some questions:

- Almost 50% of my base pay is getting used in paying EMIs (Mostly mortgage) of my family, nothing is on my name, all on father's name, is there a way to claim this in deduction ?

- We have our own house in a tier 3 city and I'm getting 30k/month as HRA, what will be safe HRA amount to claim ?

- Can we claim any other expenses in deduction ? Leave travel allowance seems useless to me as I'm working remotely.

- Which tax regime do you prefer ? New or old ?

I could have done investments to save taxes but nothing is left after all the expenses and nothing on my name 😛

Currently working in service sector 4.3yrs of experience and 3.26lpa is my package.
Since I am from bca background they put me in bps (bpo).  Currently working in react project.
Now got selected for a product based company for 8lpa.
In 4.3 years I took 2 years leave without pay for my higher studies and returned back to same organisation.
The problem is I didn't inform this to new organisation.
They have initiated my bgv. Really afraid will they find this out and revoke the offer?
They asked me to submit my pf passbook .
Is it okay to submit my 6 month payslip as it also contains the pf details?

My PG rent is 11x the amount, but the HRA allotted to me from the company side is 17x, if I show 17x in papers, would it cause any trouble to the PG owner, I heard they would get notice. Is it okay to do so, please help here.

HRA - Help Needed

I’ve used a persons PAN and its name for claiming HRA of 12k but it get rejected saying name mismatch and now I don’t have the actual PAN to tally as i’ve relocated. So now can i change to some other landlord’s PAN and Name for the whole year and submit it with 12k claim or new PAN with 8333 as it will be less than 1lac yearly so they won’t verify the name change. What shod i do pls suggest?
Also if I’ll not provide submit any info for HRA will i get the tax rebate for 1 lac yearly?

I have came across few hr's recently who predominantly ask for pan details and other personal details even before acheduling an interview .

I would like to know how valid is this move of asking personal details and sharing it ,that are linked with our financial history is accurate for getting a job.

I didn't any of the bills to the payroll team, but planning to gather all the stuff, and will submit during ITR filing.. just wanted to confirm if that is possible right?
