Feeling Stuck in current job

I am working remotely at a SaaS company for 4+ years now. I started working since my final year of engineering. I joined here as a software engineering intern when the product was really new and booming. I have gotten bored of my work now, especially since I have been working from home all the time. I have very little social life. And I am getting fixed salary of about $1400 each month. I am thinking of switching to any Indian startup because I am not happy with my job being so monotonous and less pay at this level of experience. What should be the approach to crack the interviews? I have done DSA practice during my college days, but didn't crack any interviews with it. I am a full stack web developer but it doesn't excite me anymore and I want to stick to backend roles. And is it possible to crack an interview with for 30-40 LPA at this stage? Or do I have to climb up a salary ladder for a couple of years?

Hello guys, I did alot of DSA in my college time (Tier 3 college), I got the highest marks in my DSA sem exams in my class and my professor was impressed with me, I gave leetcode contests, learned DSA from YT and so on. I got placed in a decent company with a 7.5 LPA package (while my best friend, who hardly knew DSA got a SDET role in a startup with 40 LPA), now after 2 years my pacakge is 10 LPA, I want to switch to a better company with good pay, I restarted practising DSA again but everytime I get stuck in some question and not able to solve it, it feels like I am wasting my time. While in my job, I learned Angular, TypeScript and frontend dev (which interests me more than DSA, but I am too lazy to make my own side projects) what should I do? should I stick on to DSA even though sometimes I just feel like I am wasting my time solving some random question which doesn’t justify anything about me? or beat my laziness and make some side projects with the frontend skills that I have? any advice would help me. I'm a 2021 graduate. I left my first job at a small startup in Bangalore in January because they refused to pay my salary and my hike for 3 months (promotion was done but just on paper, they were paying the old salary). I'm not good at DSA at all even though I handled multiple projects related to security and development tools using Go and have a good understanding about the language. But I'm not good at DSA at all, I don't have a leetcode account or solved any DSA problems yet. If I want to get a job I have to start DSA from scratch which will take a minimum of 4-6 months. Which makes me unemployed for 1 year. I'm scared whether this is a red flag in the recruiters point of view. And create a situation where recruiters intentionally try to hire me for less salary. What should I do? Should I leave my current domain and switch to other technical jobs that may not require DSA during interviews or spend time to learn enough DSA to clear interviews? If there's any way to get some guidance from senior engineers or people who had similar issues like this in the past, please let me know.

I am a backend engineer with a 9 year exp. In my fourth company now. Started with 5 lpa, now at 31 Lpa. Mostly have worked in normal companies only. I am from one of the NITs. I am not good at DSA. Everytime I have to switch a job, my resume gets shortlisted and I get call via naukri. The things is in these last 4 job searches I have been rejected 100 times. I have been rejected by almost all the companies, Service now 5-6 times, oracle 5-6 times, Walmart 2 times, goldman 3 times, jpmorgan 2 times, Amazon 4-5 times, arcesium 3-4 times, msft 2 times. Apart from these, I have been rejected by adp, celigo, phenom, barclays, flipkart etc. Every time, I want to change a job, I'll get rejected by all the big companies and then will get selected at some normal company with a hike and will join them. I am at my fourth company now, and again I am searching for a job. Have already been rejected by GS, service now, phenom, epam, ice, demandbase in last 2 months. Every time it is the same DSA. I try studying, will do decent amount of leetcode prior to interviews. Last two months I am doing leetcode from strivers sheet. But same question I'll do here, and in interview will fail. Example I have done sorted array rotation, shares sell and buy, rain water trapping, and was asked the same question in interview and couldn't solve. I also want to earn more and get into some big company and stay there for some times, what shall I do? My concerns are, I am getting lesser calls this time compared to the last few years, I can't be switching job every two years. Want to join a big company and earn more.

I'm working as an RPA developer ( Power Automate, power apps, PAD) for a year now. I don't see much growth here. Also, money is also not so great. I'm planning to switch to a different tech stack, but I am now confused about which path to follow. Dsa, Java, js . Or start with Python and data engineering. Parallel applying for jobs but not getting replies from anywhere. Total work exp : 11.5 months

I have been working with Infosys for past 5years(total exp) and my current salary is 20LPA CTC. I work on Apple projects and the work has become repetitive over the last three years, primarily focusing on Java, Spring, Microservices, and Elasticsearch. I really want to join a product company now, for better compensation and more engaging work, but I’m uncertain how to proceed. I’ve just been writing APIs and scheduled jobs, and at this point I think I know nothing beyond it. The thought of facing the interview processes of tech giants for senior roles is daunting. Where should I start from? How do I regain my competence?

Hello TechGravy, Recently I joined IBM with baseband 5LPA getting stuck in support role due to current recession scenario & tech layoffs.But it seems market is opened again to hire. Please suggest me how can I made switch to SDE or developer role within IBM or other products based company. My skills: full-stack development(MERN),DSA(python,solved 800+ problems). "Don't judge anyone by years of experience. Judge them by their skills." Okay, but recruiters will judge them by gender as well. Aur aapne to dono bhi (i don't consider LGTV) mention kiye hai. And what is this new trend of ~gaslighting?

I'm from tier 2-3 collage , got an internship in Chennai. P.s. i m from north india so huge culture gap and Language barrier. I was selected for the job role of data science engineer . but they have put me in SDE. I have a good dsa skills, with enough experience in development in web and Multiple projects in AI/ML . They haven't considered my profile before assigning me to a team, no sh*t i want to switch this company asap. and in some other city like bangalore.. or Gurgaon. But as far as I can see.. there are no responses from the company i m applying to which is understandable. It is kind of implied that i have to spend at least a year before getting another job. Is there anyone who can suggest some ways to get me any Interview?

Hello I'm 22F a 4th year student from a tier 3 college. I got placed on campus in a very small scale startup for 6.5 lpa but the internship period was of 9 months at 15k per month in blr. Now they have announced that they won't be giving PPO to us. My internship is ending in March 2024 before that I need to get into a new job. But all the openings are low paying i.e. 3 or 4lpa jobs and I'm in doubt with my DSA skills. I need someone who can mentor me on this path. I've worked on mostly Java, Springboot, Automation testing and C++. How should I prepare along with my internship in this 2 months?
