Fi and Jupiter as employers and workplace
I am evaluating a couple of opportunities in strategy / growth roles at Fi and Jupiter. Any first hand feedback on these Neobanks will help me shape my decision. Feedback welcome in terms of work culture, money runway, business model, quality of people etc etc

Neither.
Both are actually in a secret competition with each to see who can be worse in work culture, leadership quality, business model and how to chase away good people.
The latest strategy for their narrative is that the regulatory, market compensation bubble burst, investor pressure has not been favourable to them and so the terrible state. Neither of them are thinking about their own pathetic leadership and absolute lack of business conduct as reasons for such sad state of affairs.
Out of the recent neo bank bunch, these two had everything working for them - great investment, complete support of the investors initially, top quality talent. But, the leadership is too self-absorbed and proud(not the good type). In the last year plus, both have done very questionable hires, was fine with good talent leaving, continuing with the wrong hires and the worst - delayed to nil decision making. There is zero ownership from the leadership but they are shamelessly wasting time to disciple people rather than fix the mistakes.

Thanks for your detailed view. Quite a coincidence that both organisations are competing with each other for the wrong reasons. Any idea if they have ample runway?
